Are you looking for conference room or special event space? We know that finding a conference room for meetings or training that fits into your budget can be a challenge. For a professional, conveniently-located meeting space, we invite you to consider the Richmond Harley-Davidson® Reagan Room.
The Reagan Room offers a low-cost alternative to hotels at a location convenient to downtown Richmond and major highways. Our nicely-furnished and flexible meeting space is equipped with the latest in technology and can comfortably accommodate large or small groups.

Helpful Hints
- The building hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. If the event contact, event staff or caterers wish to gain access to the building prior to 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., please arrange with the Event Manager prior to your event.
- The room can be set up as per request if given a full day's notice. Otherwise, the meeting organizer is welcome to come set up the room the day before.
- Feel free to go through any licensed cater you would like. Please contact Event Manager for a list of preferred vendors.
- If your presentation requires anything beyond a power point and microphone, please feel free to set up a time with the Event Manager for an A/V run-through prior to your event.
